Please can you diagnose a problem I’m experiencing for the last two weeks with jitter and packet loss? I’ve reset the hub and turn off / on but this only briefly Helps.
I’m in area 31.

On first look at the downstream power levels, you may need a technician out to make some adjustments at the cabinet as those look a little on the high side and SNR is low.
Upstream looks well.
I hope that a VM member can arrange an engineer to visit to make the adjustments.
Re your Hub4, is it an upgrade in terms of latency and jitter?

It doesn't seem to see suffer spikes like Hub 3 did but on a whole, not really.
Just giving this a bump as it’s still a problem.
