I recently purchased a PC for gaming and can't seem to get it to function fully with my virgin broadband. Everything connects completely fine and the Internet works with good speeds until I open a game and the Internet just disconnects.
At first I thought it maybe a PC issue but I have taken it to neighbours who use sky EE and Three for broadband and used my phone as a hotspot and it works completely fine which must mean it's a router issue with virgin.
Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this

Are you having the same issues when using any other devices, or just this PC? How are you connected to your broadband, is is via a WiFi connection, or a wired connection?
