Nope, you need someone to approve them which Ive done

My connection was great for the first two weeks then been kinda crap since (been with Virgin for around two months now) - the kids are cracking up coz they can't play games  😞

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having a few niggles with the service 

Looking at a few things from here 

Your Upstream is way out of spec and we would need to get an engineer out 

This can be done by private message, just check the purple envelope top right of your screen
