Couple months ago i had an engineer around who managed to fix my issue with the lag spikes, However about 1 week ago my connection completely dropped for around 2 hours, Ever since then i've had the same constant lag spikes and packet loss return.
Yup that packet loss on your BQM isn't looking so good.
Power levels on downstream are a little too far apart.
6.8 vs 2.2.
4.6 difference isn't the end of the world, but it could do with adjustment.
Post RS errors are too high.
I say it's either a network fault or a problem with the cable itself.
Can you check the coax cable it tightly plugged in to the hub, and any other connectors along the line.
Then give it a reboot to be safe.
The rest of the levels look ok to be honnest.
