Looking for help as phone calls get me nowhere so hopefully I get some luck here, my area has been having intermittent connection issues for 3 months now and every time we call which is often we got told that it will be resolved on the 24th of march and have had more dates from then to now with the most recent dates being the 1st and then the 4th of may which to no surprise it hasn’t been fixed so I would really appreciate it if I can get assistance because quite frankly im at my wits end with it and feel like I’m being made a joke with all the false promises.
