Intermittent internet and packet loss HUB 4

This has been going on for a month now but it has got even worse recently. Mainly in the evenings, but not exclusively, I'm getting high latency and packet bursts in World of Warcraft, but also in just general internet browsing/video playback.

A reboot of the Hub every evening used to fix it sometimes but now it doesn't help.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection and hub 4 at the moment. I have looked into this and can see that there is an issue with most of the power levels of your downstream channels that we will need to send a technician out to resolve.
