For the past 5/6 months I've had issues with my connection dropping out and packet loss in games, or streaming. I was told it was a capacity issue which got upgraded end of November but there is no difference.
Playing games it comes up with packet loss symbols and suddenly jump around, or if I'm streaming it's very stable and then suddenly drops to like 1mbps (if that), before resuming within a few seconds. It's incredibly frustrating and just want a stable connection.
The first thing I did check was the both upstream and downstream levels and they are just in spec
So what I would like to do is book an engineer
