Im experience as alot of lag on the hub 4

So I recently got virgin media m500 hub 4 and I'm getting so much lag, any body have any recommendations on how to fix this.

Its really just regular in game lag, I think its called packet loss, I don't really know any of the terms for it. My in game ping is consistently jumping from 40 to 500 and sometimes higher. Also downloads speeds have been fairly low for other people in the house too.

Welcome back to our Community - so sorry that you're having some issues since having your new Hub4. I have located your account from here and can see that some of your signal levels are out of specification and could be causing your issues.

 

As such, I have booked a technician to come and take a closer look for you. You can check the date and time of the visit via your online account. If you need to change or cancel the appointment for any reason, you can also do that via your online account.
