I am having high/ variation latency and pack burst while playing MW2

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

Make sure you are using a wired connection directly to the Hub, preferably Cat 6.

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit

Once done we can comment.

Sorry to hear of the broadband issues and the impact it's having on you as a gamer. 

I've done a system check and there's a potential congestion issue relating one of your downstream channels.
