I have recently started to encounter huge lag spikes every 20-30 seconds what playing online games on PlayStation 4 (wireless connection as wired is not possible) I have tried resetting the hub, turning it off and on etc. Also used the automated call service which ran a check and detected a problem and said it will then fix the issue. However, this has not worked, this is the first issue I’ve had with VM that has not been resolved within a couple of hours. There are no reported problems in the area when I have checked online. Do we need an engineer to come out or is there another way to sort this, thanks.

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).
Could you please create a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) here, and post the live link?
