Huge Latency Issues all the time - (Close to leaving)

I have the M500 Fibre Broadband 

If your a true gamer i honestly would recommend not using, this service is poor. 

Constant lag in games, changing my DNS settings still lagging.

Why is it so bad the connection?

Hi,

can you please do the following

Log in to the Hub.

192.168.0.1

Use hub password (8 digits on the bottom of hub)

Advanced Settings > Tools > Network Status > if you can screen shot the status tab then downstream and then the upstream tab and post on here
