Hub 3 Port Forwarding Settings

Hi Everyone, 

With regards to port forwarding on the hub 3, are there any other settings besides adding the ports that need to be changed. Such as

Firewall - Port scan detection, dos detection - Does this affect whether port forwarding is active? 

uPnP - Does this need to be turned off to activate the port forwarding rules?

Hello

All those settings can be left as they are, when entering the Port Forwarding rules they need to be in lowest first and then increasing, and as long as the firewall is on that is all is needed.

Hi Mike, 

The following info box on the uPnP page sparked my initial question. “... you can manually add port forwarding rules if uPnP is off” 

Has anyone got port forwarding 100% working with uPnP still on?

Just get your own router with 1Gb ports that has been tested to work for port forwarding and have the hub in modem mode.
