Higher latency and jitter

Hello there, over the past week or so my latency has increased by a flat amount (20) across all games I play and having jitter on top of that also. I set up a bqm the other day and i cant say im happy with what i see -

https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/2c34c98f94b718562203dd54a913a144ec824f49-12-01-2020

I'v seen other posts that might explain the flat increase of latency but i'm not 100% sure what is causing all these spikes in my connection so heres hoping someone can help me.

Re: Higher latency and jitter

Sorry to hear of and see the issues that you've had with your broadband connection Secretary. Is this issue happening every day at the same time?

Are you able to provide your network logs from your router, which will show all of the details of your downstream and upstream, this can help us determine what the issue is and how to resolve it.

Regards

Steven_L

Re: Higher latency and jitter

Thanks for coming back with your hub information Secretary.

I will need to send you over a private message to get this looked into further from our side, this will help us to pass account security and give me the account information needed to look into this.

I will pop over a private message in a moment.
