High utilisation update in Northampton?

when i was on the phone i got told there was a scheduled update around the end of April and there has been no change whatsoever

cannot play any games with massive packet loss, rubberbands and disconnects. when is it going to be fixed? seems like virgin doesn't care, i have put out multiple posts and hardly got any response
