High ping , packet loss :(

Suffering from packet loss and high pings warzone I’m on 350mb virgin and the speed isn’t and issue it’s actually just dropping connection and lagging ! It’s been fine for years , is the network over subscribed ? 

 

 

ive made a bqm but not even sure what I’m looking for can anybody have a look ?

Hub stats all look good, network log is normal. BQM isn't showing any consistent packet loss. The yellow spikes show when a test packet from Thinkbroadband is suffering some delays. My personal view is that your local network is under some "load stress" at peak times, I hesitate to use the words over utilisation. At this level there's a good chance the problem will melt away as soon as lockdown ends and fewer people are working from home, and children back at school. If Warzone is still reporting packet loss and worse latency than the BQM, that may be due to internet traffic routing outside of VM's control, or capacity of performance issues on the Warzone servers.  If the game is run on a distributed server then the game will be subject to any quality issues on that server's internet link.

I've noticed more frequent performance issues with CSGO of late, even though my VM connection is good.

My advice to you is to accept that it's not good, but there little you can do about it other than hope we're all back to school and work soon.

Thanks , when I have looked more into the forums I’ve noticed my bqm doesn’t look nowhere near as bad compared to others.

 

Would the high yellow spikes between 6pm-10pm mean my pings and latency is going to be generally high (laggy) and it will be basically unplayable  or doesn’t it work like that ? Confused as to how to actually read the graphs I’ve just seen high yellow spikes between them times which is probally peak 

 

 

I had packet loss just after 12 but I think my pc connected to the Ethernet running bqm went into power save or something even though the settings were not to.
