Sorry to hear you've been experiencing lagging and other various issues with your connection.
Upon checking your account, I can't find any reason as to what may be the cause of this. However, I have noticed that it seems there is a long-term WiFi coverage issue in the home, which could be causing poor WiFi performance on some devices.
Is there anyway you can test the connection via an ethernet cable to see if you experience the same problems?
