I've had awful internet for months now and I know this is an issue that is affecting the area because someone else i know is also expieriencing the same thing.
Virgins advice is always top tier with the default "pin hole reset", "restarting the router", "Everything is fine your hub speeds are running normally" and provide nothing useful.
I've got a new hub i've removed all the devices and only attached a few to see if it was my end but its still awful and unplayable.
