I've been experiencing ridiculously high packet loss for a long time now but it's just not getting better.
I previously created this thread which led to an "engineer" coming round to fit an attenuator however it didn't make a difference to the packet loss (looks like the levels improved though).
Today's BQM looks like I've had more lost packets than received packets!

You get the idea, It's just unusable... I feel like my only option left is to switch providers, is there anything else that can be done before I go down that route?
