High latency when gaming....Unplayable

I am currently on the 350mbps package and i am experiencing very high levels of latency, i have an engineer out which didnt have a clue what he was doing nor fix any of my issues made out theres a bug with wifi optimisation... I normally have the SH3 in modem mode connected to a Asus AX88u router, but lately for testing purposes i am directly into the SH3 with ethernet. If anything the router performs a lot better than the sh3. Gaming is unplayable simple as that and i keep rubber banding. My speeds seem fine sitting at between 100-200mbps which i know is plenty enough for gaming. I just dont know if its because of how many people are at home or of there is a fault. No one seems to be able to tell me. It was working perfectly until around February and ever since its been unbareable never had tjos issue in the 4 years being with virgin.

Thanks for the response.

Looking at my BQM does it seem like something is wrong? I have been told i have noise on my line which could be causing the issue.

the BQM does suggest an issue yes, 

 

Looking at the hub the specifications they all seem to be fine however, our systems do detect some connectivity issues. 

 

The engineer will be better placed to advise this for you 🙂
