Hey I'm after some help. So I'm using the sh 2ac I dont really want to upgrade to the hub 3 after all the bad press and dreaded puma chip issues with it. 200mb connection. Speeds are good.
I have multiple devices connected wired. This household is very big on gaming. I've recently noticed from think broadband, that I'm experiencing some high ping spikes and packet loss. This is causing online gaming problems. As big gamers me and my partner are not impressed.
Connecting to xbox one x ps4 and gaming PC using wired connections no other router added.
Can someone give some advice. I've done everything I can think of my end to help the issue without buying another router and placing the hub in modem mode.
T3 Timeouts mean that the hub was trying to do something and couldn't as no response, now this could be down to a few issues, power levels or noise on the line, noise could be an easy fix by making sure that all coaxial connections to all VM equipment are finger tight.
If checking the connections doesn't resolve the problem then it may need an engineer unless there are local issues affecting a few people.
