Ive recently just got virgin media (13 days. My wifi is the M500 and i use it wirelessly to connect to my Xbox one.
from the start my connection has been woeful. constant lag spikes making most games unplayable. ive contacted virgin media support where they are looking into this, and have been for nearly 2 weeks. the support from them has been awful. im fed up of calling up to see the progress and getting people that are just trying to fob me off because they dont want to deal with the problem. Does anyone have a fix for this? thanks
