High latency and jitter

Hi,

I've been having issues with the connection to my Xbox One for quite a while now. I've tried everything I can think of to resolve it, from changing hub settings to even getting a VM ethernet extender but nothing seems to fix the problem. I recently bought a new Xbox so don't think this is the issue. I've tried calling Virgin a few times now and on all occasions the call was disconnected before anything was resolved.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Put the hub in modem mode with just your Xbox and try gaming.
