Hi, we're experiencing high network jitter.I've checked our router cables and the coaxial cable seems screwed in fine.
As always broadband speed is never where it should be but it's acceptable,
Response times to google vary between 20ms and 1170ms (pinging the same IP on a fixed route).
Here's some screenshots of a jitter tests I ran:
This is likely a virgin media network congestion issue as the the local network is quiet. However after checking the service status in my area they say everything is normal.
Has anyone got any suggestions?

Good Afternoon plasma2450,
Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and a very warm welcome to you!
Sorry to see you've been having issues with your broadband connection
How are thing looking since your post on Tuesday? Have you been advised of any outages or high utilisation?
Sadly nothings change I've contact virgin media and they've sent me a new router this hasn't resolved the problem.
I've been told there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the network. It's quite frustrating
Thanks for the response,
Let's take a closer look into this, check out the purple envelope in the top right hand corner for a PM from me
