High Latency

hi guys i only ever seem to see lag and high latency on games (warzone) in paticular 

i have had a new lined pulled, ive don e everything i can see online but nothing ever works 

can anyone reccomend anything?

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @Boylealex1997, and I'm sorry to hear of the latency issues that you've been experiencing.

I have unfortunately been able to look into the status of the hub on our end.

Can you please provide an update on the services?

Have you checked our Service Status Checker or called our Service Status Line 0800 561 0061 for an update on any outages we may be experiencing?

In relation to the overall service, do you just experience these struggles when gaming?
