I have tried numerous times to speak to someone regarding high line latency and how it can be reduced, but no-one seems to understand. Who do i need to speak to to get this issue resolved?

The first thing to do is get a picture of the latency by setting up a free BQM and posting a link to the display on here.

Please see BQM as requested

That looks very good. Are you connecting by WiFi? Ethernet connections are much better for gaming.

No i'm connected via Ethernet, it's the base ping that's very high about 25m/s, ideally it should be below 10 m/s

Where are you located? I'm in N.Ireland and my base latency to London is 25ms - this is normal due to the distance.

My BQM to compare:

The bad news is that there is nothing you can do to improve that baseline figure.

How come other peoples latency is around 10m/s?

Completely different network infrastructure.
