High Latency Gaming & Home working

Hi everyone,

It seems like I am having the same issue as the rest of you.  My issues started pretty much the same time as lock-down started.  I am creating this post to show VM that multiple people are having massive issues.  It is massively effecting my gaming, but I also work from home and its having an impact on this too.  it would be nice to have an official response from VM as to what is going on, and if this issue is likely to last longer than lock-down.

would someone be able to interpret my results?

The latency is likely to be due to the current very high demand but additionally the Downstream Power levels are slightly too high which will add to the problem.
