Had enough of Virgin Media

Thankfully my contract is already finished so I will be looking forward to moving to a more reliable network. Every since the lockdown began the latency has gone through the roof and people have been complaining about it constantly on the forums with no fix in sight. I can see the forum team keep stating a fix date for certain areas and not once was one adhered to; the dates keep getting pushed back further and further. Is this because you are hoping as the lockdown ends that people will be going back to work and your oversubscribed network will be able to cope with less simultaneous users? You have bitten off more than you can chew and are charging us money for it.

The latency between then and now has been consistently poor. I find it unacceptable that I have to be up until past midnight to get decent latency. Twice I have tried using the website chat and twice I was left waiting for hours and then ignored. Enough is enough.
