I think that might be the case
I can understand that speeds can be affected due to the current climate and large number of people being at home, but the latency shouldn't be affected surely?
After running the diagnostic tool and discovering a high Utilisation due to High Traffic.
I have reported this to the networks team and they are aware now of this issue.
I will keep you updated to the progress.
