HUB 3 for wired games

Hi there, I'm with VM for many years now, I did notice that VM is not best for online games. I'm wired connected through ethernet.

I play PC games like Overwatch and Warzone, but I do have a feeling that connection is kind of weird. I do shoot other people but it seems I do miss my shots, or I can see guy but I still die. I read on forums that HUB 3 and VM is not best for online games. So my question is should I go with modem + router or join other ISP? I played some games on my firend PC who has BT and I did notice improvement over what I experience at home. And to be honest I have low ping in games.

Hello

Some of your power levels are over what is recommend at +10, one thing that may resolve this is too go around and make sure that all coaxial connections to all VM equipment are finger tight, best way to do this is too loosen the connection and re-tighten. Once that is done power off your hub for 30secs and then back in, recheck your power levels on the downstream and if some  of them are still above +10 then an engineer will be need to resolve this.
