Gloucester Area - Lag Spikes/Packet loss leading to gaming(And everything else) Disconnecting.

Hello.

Similar Issue I had a year or two back has returned sadly.

I am running a hub 3 that was sent to me during a previous connection incident issue.

It has been happening since Friday 24/7/20. My internet will totally lag out leading to disconnection to any game server I am in, voice communication apps like Discord and the inability to reach any websites during such lag spikes/drop outs and then service suddenly resumes. Here are my latest graphs from Think Broadband as it seems the monitor I set up for the previous issue is still running.

And this afternoon the disconnects are getting more frequent. God dammit this is getting frustrating. Ill be in the middle of something in a game and then get booted.

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1/  for modem mode . Don't log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?

At least we can check the stats to rule out an issue with the line.

is this when you are using a PC or X Box.

if it’s the x box only I’d suggest doing a reset of the x box.
