Currently using my partner's VM 100 broadband in Fareham so it's more of a heads up than anything else as I am returning to London tomorrow.
Games have been unplayable since yesterday afternoon due to 3-4s lags (fine until ~5pm and awful when came back around 7-8pm). Speed tests shows inconsistant speeds (goes up, freeze then drops & repeat). Tried to reboot the router yesterday and today with no effects.

If you have the same issues when you're back home, please do let us know so we can take a closer look for you. If your partner does find they're having any issues, they can go through self checks via their online account at anytime
Hi there, I got same problem my internet drops for 20-30sec then it runs fine but in meanwhile I disconnected me from my game n I lose my point. I been given new hub, engineer came 2weeks ago told me got signal problem so he put two thing to cable n fit all back told me it’s better, but same problem after day so called up again Engineer attended my property 2 days ago he check n said I am getting -6 signal so he fix it by 6+ signal but I still get disconnected. I m so fed up need urgent help plz
