Hey @Djcoopdogg,
Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.
I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that you're having whilst gaming, I have looked into this on our system and cannot see any issues with your connection or in the local area. How have things been since you last posted, any improvements?
Regards,

Hello,
Thanks for getting back to me yes the issue is with my hub 4 I've now put it in modem mode and having to use a 3rd party router which means I cannot use my WiFi pods is there anything that can be done in regards to this??

Hey Djcoopdogg, thank you for reaching back out.
Our WiFi Pods are only compatible with our equipment and Hubs, so I'm afraid they will not work with third party routers. I am sorry about that.
Is this only happening when you are gaming though, is the general internet normally okay when not gaming?
Please do let me know. Thanks

Hello
No the issues was with everything such as netflix gaming and sometimes when browsing the packet loss was very noticeable, because I'm having to use a 3rd party router due to these issues am I able to send back the WiFi pods and get the old WiFi extender you provided me before the powerline extender one?

Hey Djcoopdogg, thank you for reaching back out.
Unfortunately, we do not offer the old WIFI extenders now we only offer the one you have currently which you are looking to send back.
Please can you try and use the router we provided and let me know if that makes a difference at all? Thanks
