Gaming During Peek Hours unplayable

For the Past couple of months My connection seems to have got worse especially for online gaming, Was trying to play COD last night and was lagging like hell.

Setup is PS5 plugged in VIA CAT 6 Lan cable and the SH3 is in router mode.

I don't know if there is a over utilization problem in my Area but Here is my BQM 

Also there is major spikes happening during the day.

Ive also done some more testing and find randomly when pinging google or other webpages sometimes there is a huge spike from 15MS to something like 400MS


I have done all the following basic trouble shooting such as Factory reset the router and to check its running the latest firmeware.

Certainly looks like congestion, considering your HUB stats are ok, and the BQM settles in the early hours when less people are using their connection:

I find it funny how when I spoke to someone at from VM Support they informed me there was not a issue due to high utilization or the area being oversubscribed as it did not show on there system !

looking at the trace route stats there seems to be an issue from the VM Network side as the LAN connection is fine.

Not to sure if the IP 10.53.38.181 is a local switch which then connects to the VM Core switch/router.
