My partner seems to have a problem with one of his games on his phone. I’m new to Virgin and he’s had no issue before. It’s like the broadband or router is restricting his game. Can anyone help me please. It’s Clash Of Clans if that helps any. Many thanks

Check the settings of your Websafe and Childsafe options in your Virgin Media Account. They may be blocking access.?
