Yesterday I switched from Vivid200 to Vivid100 because we don't need the extra speed. Ever since my son has been complaining of lag making Fortnite unplayable. Hub 2 ac, playing on PC, wired connection.
When you switch speeds does it take some time to "bed in" during which you'd expect a glitchy signal?
If so, how long?
If not, any suggestions, or do I call VM tech support?
I'm very sorry to hear you are having issues with your service. I have just checked and it looks like some work is taking place in your area at the moment. This should be resolved by 3pm today, however, please bare in mind, this is an estimated fix time.

Thanks for the info. Phoned support this morning and they did something to the router that seemed to fix it. Until my son came home from school, then lagging again as can be seen from the trace (was totally yellow before). Then suddenly ok again. So I'll put these sporadic lags down to work in progress and keep my eye on it. Note they are school and work finishing time, maybe that's a coincidence. Holds breath....
