For Customers Who Have Not Received The Free Xbox

I am starting another thread as the Virgin advisors have stopped responding to the other thread I made.
My services were installed on 14/7/2022 and I still have not received the Free Xbox.
No advisors can take responsibilty and just message another team who they say will be in touch.
This is very poor service and I would like others who are in the same boat to comment below as there are quite a list growing.

If suck times come I go to a standards agency with this the more voices I get the better it can be for all of us.

ps. I have made a complaint regarding this that also has fallen on deaf ears.

Hi, we have also not received ours. We haven’t even received an email. My partner contacted and queried this in July and we were told something entirely different to everyone else. He has made a note of the date and time he called, so they have a recording of him being told that it could take up to 120 days for it to arrive. But everyone else that took out the same offer is at least still receiving emails about the item, but the item is just taking a very long time to arrive. Terrible customer service, as every time you try to contact them you just go round in circles on the website trying to find a chat function that is nowhere to be found. Very unhappy with our service considering we didn’t go with a third party company and went with Virgin Media directly, we were optimistic there would be none of this messing around. Apparently not.
