Just posted in the similar topic but as that was area specific (Barnsley) I thought I'd check if anyone else in the Slough area has got problems with their broadband?
Since yesterday afternoon I can no longer access the FFXIV servers without using a VPN. Also since the "we're upgrading your area" my Broadband has become totally unreliable - several times a day the connection pauses completely. The router doesn't show any disconnection but throughput stops - I used to have a rock solid connection but now it's rare for me to go a day without some period of signal loss. The FFXIV problem is new but is definitely soemthign to do with the VM network as with a VPN I have instant access.

When I had this issue in Barnsley, websites like Twitter would partially load (site would load, tweets wouldn't) - is that the same for you, or is it just the launcher?
Also are you using the official launcher or one of the modded ones?

Not noticed any other websites with problems - been kicked out of a couple of Teams calls today. I don't use twitter so no able to check.
I'll monitor for odd behavior.

Setup a BQM to monitor the circuit and to have some proof of disconnects to show VM.

Set one up after you suggested it and rebooted my router (for the second time) - so far everything is working much better,

Well the picture above shows that there's definitely problems occurring - coincidentally I think I just lost connection as I was typing this...

I think you need to re-read the issue.
