I upgraded to the 200mb VM package around 2 months ago and have been experiencing unplayable lag online.
My PS is hardwired. I have checked if there are capacity issues on the network e.g any rogue devices. I've also check cabling and completed resets on the router. No joy.
I'm getting some errors in the logs which look to be something with the DHCP server.

Ping test:
PING 192.168.0.1 (192.168.0.1): 64 data bytes
72 bytes from 192.168.0.1: seq=0 ttl=64 time=110.000 ms
--- 192.168.0.1 ping statistics ---
3 packets transmitted, 1 packets received, 66% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max = 110.000/110.000/110.000 ms
My ping test is showing 66% packet which is literally insane and everyone I have spoken to has agreed this makes my internet unusable.
Can anyone give me some advice on how to fix this?
I could try getting a better router as I know the superhub 3 has chip issues, not sure this will help if its virgin servers or something?
