Been experiencing excessive latency/lag and packet loss for the past 6 hours, up until this morning my internet has been fine, no issues showing on the status page and VM thinks everything is fine. I have been running WinMTR for the past 20 minutes and its showing 100% packet loss from my router to the local exchange along with several other locations. The address WinMTR is pinging is lon.login.pathofexile.com

I have rebooted the router several times, and also checked my connection on speedtest which was showing a significant speed loss over what I pay for (M100), Speedtest.net had me at 15Mbps downstream, 6Mbps upstream.
Anyone else experiencing these issues in Area 18 and any idea on when its likely to resolve?
