Hope you can help. I'm currently getting a lot of ping spikes mainly in the evening. It's causing disconnects in gaming and massive issues with VOIP it also causes issues with streaming as it's nigh on like the connection freezes completely, but the modem never has to re-connect. I've had a BQM setup for a while and here's a few examples from the last few days:

If this is going to be the state of my connection for the next few months then how does this get escalated to either be let out of my contract or have a discount applied as I'm not able to get full or consistent use out of what I'm paying for.
