Evening issues

Hey,

I've been looking through forums and other posts and noticed some people have issues as well with games and connections to twitch and I've not seen an actual response that there's some acknowledgement yet.

Is there any problems Virgin are aware about? For myself from around 8pm onwards until the next day I'll see some lag in games like World of Warcraft, watching twitch streams or when I want to stream myself from time to time I'll see constant heavy dropped frames on OBS and connection using twitch bandwidth test a lot of connections are at sub 15 or even 0.

I've reset the router a few times already before that comes as a suggestion. But is there anything else that could possibly be causing it on my end or Virgins end itself?

A response would be nice, seeing almost 30 views and no comments, bit disappointing.

its only happening during peak hours that would point to a utilisation issue in the network segment you're connected to, not a lot VM can do about that as its a case of having too many customers connected to the same part of the network, it requires upgrades to resolve and those can take years to roll out

So there's just straight up nothing that can be done?

Seems so sudden and odd that for the past 2 or so years I've had Virgin I've not had these issues before in or out of peak hours until this past week and you're pretty much saying there's nothing VM can do.
