Doing my head jn

Had virgin broadband for many years but it just gets worse. I have hub 3 and the 200mb service. Can't get near that though. IPhone 10 3m from the hub and I get 60 down and 14 up using speedtest. On the hub diagnostics it pretty much tells me everything outside of the room has a low signal. Would modem more and better router help?

Re: Doing my head jn

Buying a decent router or mesh wifi system will give you better and more reliable wifi.  But if the speed limit is down to a cable connection fault, then it won't make any difference.

Go into the router's status page, and take a look at the Network log.  If that is full of regular and recent critical errors, that's a sure fire sign of a cable fault.  If you post it here, don't post as an image, use formatted text.  You may also want to post the Downstream and Upstream data, that can also give a clue about connection problems upstream of the hub.

Re: Doing my head jn

Hi Loyalroyaldg,

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 🙂

Sorry you've been experiencing some slower speeds.

I've run a health check and your hub settings all look within the specifications we would expect.

Has there been any change since your post on Friday?
