Discord and GTA connection issues

Joining in

I can no longer access rockstar servers from google search or the actual application. Even for discord I cannot read and send messages on all devices using the same internet connection. When I go on a VPN or switch my router to modem mode then the problem is resolved. Is there any reason for this with a solution?

New IP in modem mode or maybe the hub is just bad in router mode

I have had this hub since July 2019, could that be the issue?

I'm so sorry to hear you are facing this issue, can I just confirm are you trying to access these sites via a wired or WiFi connection? 


Do it happen across all devices or only one in particular?

I am on a wired connection, I have also tried on other devices on both wired and wireless but still the same problem.

Thanks for coming back to us MrMop101, I have looked into this and can see that there is an SNR fault in your area that currently has an estimated fix time of 15th December this could be part of the issue but not likely if you have been able to resolve the issues by logging onto a VPN.

Have you tried to do a pin hole reset of your hub since the issues started, this may help to resolve the issues that you're having, would you be able to try this and let me know if it helps at all.

That explains it, for the past week my broadband as been disconnectting randomly showing a flashing green light on my Hub3.0.

I have tried the pin hole reset but I still get the same issues.

You should setup a BQM for monitoring purposes and diagnostics.

This free service will monitor and record your circuit and is easy to setup.
