Playing Xbox series s online and it kept disconnecting me and I didn’t understand the reason till I did this check and found out this was the problem I’ve only had my broadband for 3 days and this has happened can some please help or some advice on what I should do thanks
I genuinely play fifa and stream a lot and I get Upto 200mb but with the disconnecting problem I can’t do any of that at the moment

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
Once done we can comment.
Gaming should really be done via a wired connection where possible, as wifi is prone to interference.

I'm so sorry to hear about the issues with your broadband, I've checked our systems and the power / signal levels look fine and I can see you had a tech visit recently, how did the visit go?
