Hi,

The past two days I have been disconnected for halfway through every game on two different consoles. When I use a power line adapter on them it works fine. Is this likely to be a fault with the router? Never had this problem before and usually WiFi has no issues with gaming.

Very sorry you've been having some issues disconnecting and for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

I've had a look at the back end of things and it's not looking too good, therefore I've booked the next available engineer visit. 

You'll be able to see the details of the visit via your online account and re arrange or cancel if the visit is no longer needed. 

Please also ensure somebody over the age of 18 is in the property at the time.
