I am incredibly unhappy with the service for the past month or so, I'm having connection drops which sometimes can last up to an hour daily. It is incredibly difficult to work from home whilst these issues persists. The router light on my superhub changes from the white light to green, sometimes flashes and after a significant period of time returns. sometimes the period of outage may be less but the frequency can be about 5 to 6 times in that day. Please look into my issue ASAP .Let me know if you want any further info. I am looking for compensation as well as the service has been very poor . Thanks.
