Constant packet loss for 3 days

It started 3 days ago, have constant upload packet loss rendering the connection unuseable. Anything that can be done about this?

Im just waiting for someone to get back to me on what network architecture youre on as if its our HFC network your Upstream powerlevels are out of spec and you would need a technician visit. however if its our FTTP network they would still be inspec

Its a new build project lightning fttp area 100%. I dont think its my connection but either something wrong at the cab or head end.
