Constant loss of Sync

I have been having constant issues with my internet for the past week. I came on here earlier searching for a solution and noticed the BQM comments so decided to set that up, I didn't realise just how bad my problem was!  

My Broadband Ping - Home Test

Ignore red block at the start, it was blocked in the hub then.

Just to explain the graph a bit, the blue section at midnight was me downloading a game, the red section straight after was me putting the hub into modem only mode just to test (I didn't realise it would block the ping so I switched it back)

The peroid after that I was actualy online and playing with no problems at all until it randomly started again at 5:30am.

You ned to post the Downstream and Upstream power level logs from the Hub for comment.

Sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your broadband at the moment, and I can appreciate you're keen to get this resolved.

 

I've taken a look at the backend of your services and it looks like you've got some upstream power level issues, so I'm going to need to get  a technician out to get this fixed.
