Constant lag and ping issues - intermittent disconnections

Hi, I keep getting seriously bad lag and ping issues on my PS4, it also effects my PC too and has been doing this for a while now and I have contacted VM CS on the phone numerious times and it still is not resolved, I have posted below my network log and uploads / downloads logs and hopefully someone can help me fix it ASAP as I am seriously getting stressed now about this.
