There has been an intermittent noise issue in my area ever since VM built my area a couple of years ago. In the last few weeks this has been really extreme and has fully knocked out the upload channels. Apparently this has now been fixed but the result is I am getting extreme jitter to the point games are a jerky mess. Here is my live graph
What on earth is going on here?
My router stats are all in check, no errors on upload or download side.

Hello Super_Bladesman,
Thanks for your post.
I have had look at a few things from here and sadly we have an SNR Issue in your area.
This is due to be reviews on the 9th June and we can update you via this post.

I am sorry to hear that. I really hope this is fixed soon. While the average latency seems to have settled down a bit the maximum latency is still really high. I am really quite anxious now to see if this will get resolved anytime soon

What was the outcome of F009859133?
I am still getting packet loss and latency spikes

Try a 60 second factory pinhole reset as below;
Remove any ethernet cables from the Hub and hold the pinhole reset switch for 60 seconds. Do NOT reboot the Hub, just let it do it's thing. Note you will need the passwords from the bottom of the Hub afterwards, so make sure they are legible.
Also after a few hours, post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Once done we can comment.

My connection is still not right. Latency is all over the place with constant spikes even at non peak hours. I have tried everything, pinhole resets and resetting via the gui but to no avail. My stats look good and there are hardly any errors in my hub so I have no idea what is going on. I checked my friends graph who lives a few roads away and his is perfect with no latency spikes and hardly any jitter. The connection is unusable for latency sensitive applications.
I just did a check via service status on the app and it said there is an intermittent signal issue in the area. Can anyone please confirm what on earth is going on. The connection has been completed messed up for several months now and it is really quite frustrating and upsetting.

What is causing this constant jitter on my line, is it some kind of buffering/noise protection? Maybe my hub 3 is faulty? I also have a 6db attenuator fitted but my line was working perfectly before that, could that he causing issues now?

Can someone advise me what is going on with my connection?
This was my connection last month:
generally low jitter with a few spikes but a decent overall connection. Then at the end of may there was a SNR issue that looked like this:
This took a few weeks to be "fixed". After i received the text that it was fixed, I was still getting some packet loss, so I did a 60 second pinhole reset as advised on here, as soon as I did this my maximum latency shot up:
And now my graph looks like this all the time now. Maximum latency is always high even in the middle of the night. I am running my hub 3 in modem mode with an netgear xr500 router. I have tried resetting all hardware, different cables, pinhole resets and nothing makes any different. I did try the hub in router mode but my pings were literally double with they were in modem mode. What is the cause of my latency to be like this? Is my hub 3 faulty? Or is this some kind of noise protection/buffering mode I am stuck in?
I have checked my neighbours graph and they dont have any issues so dont think this is over utilisation. My friend who lives a few roads away is on gig package with hub 4 and this is his graph:
I would do anything to have a connection like this - would an upgrade to a gig connection and a new router solve my issues?
